Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Professional Learning Sales Consultant to connect with adults interested in personal development and leadership education.

This remote role suits an experienced professional who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly and helping prospective clients explore established online programs.

Your activities will include:

• Promoting personal development and leadership programs through online channels.
• Responding to enquiries and understanding prospective clients’ interests.
• Guiding people through an established presentation and information process.
• Maintaining accurate records and following up professionally.
• Participating in ongoing training and development.

This is an independent, performance based arrangement, with earnings from product sales.
Many begin with 15–20 flexible hours per week around their current commitments.



Requirements

• Currently residing in the United States.
• At least eight years of professional work experience.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• An interest in online marketing and promoting personal development and leadership programs.
• Willingness to learn and apply established digital marketing methods.
• Good organisation and consistent follow through.
• Confidence using a computer, online platforms and video calls.
• Reliable internet access and a suitable space to work remotely.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.
• Comfortable with an independent, performance based arrangement where earnings come from product sales rather than a fixed salary.

Previous experience in marketing, sales, education, client relations, recruitment or professional development is helpful.

This role is not suitable for students or those entering the workforce.
