We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with Social Care experience to join our team as Professional Nurse Educator Lead across our social care division. Working with the Head of Nursing, you’ll lead the professional and educational development of our nursing workforce, shaping programmes that build confidence, capability and great practice.
If you’re passionate about developing people, improving nursing practice and bringing teams together to make a difference, this could be your next move.
What you'll be doing
You’ll lead the professional and educational development of the Social Care nursing workforce, working closely with the Head of Nursing and key stakeholders to identify priorities and shape solutions.
You’ll design, deliver and evaluate engaging, evidence-based education and practice development programmes that build confidence, capability and improve nursing practice. You’ll also lead and develop the Professional Nurse Educator network within the division, creating a collaborative approach to sharing best practice and embedding learning across services.
You’ll oversee student, preceptorship and early career development, while using feedback, quality data and evaluation to measure impact, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure learning translates into sustainable practice.
