Fostering healthier communities. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and validate customer requirements and workflows. Configure, test, and implement Clinisys ICE solutions. Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, UAT, training, and go-live activities. Support integration and interoperability activities with connected healthcare systems. Contribute to product and process improvements through customer feedback and implementation experience. Support project delivery activities including planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Skills & Experience Essential Experience within healthcare technology, healthcare software, clinical systems, or NHS environments. Experience implementing, configuring, supporting, or consulting on software applications. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions. Experience supporting software testing, UAT, deployment, or implementation activities. Understanding of healthcare workflows and operational processes. Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and messaging standards such as HL7, FHIR, XML, or similar. Experience working directly with customers in a project or delivery environment. Experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or process reviews. Desirable Experience with Clinisys ICE or other electronic requesting/order communications solutions. Experience working with GP systems, EPRs, PAS systems, or other clinical applications. Experience with healthcare integration technologies and messaging interfaces. Experience working for a healthcare software supplier, NHS organisation, or healthcare consultancy. Moderate project management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting. Onboarding As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment.
