Role Description The Profit Share Marketer role is a remote position focused on driving qualified leads and revenue growth for E-SEEDS through performance-based marketing initiatives. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and content marketing, with clear tracking of results and return on investment. The person in this role will collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams to understand services, refine messaging, and develop offers that resonate with startup and enterprise clients. Day-to-day tasks include creating and testing marketing assets, managing analytics dashboards, reporting on campaign performance, and iterating strategies to increase conversions and profit share. The Profit Share Marketer will be responsible for aligning marketing activities with business goals and contributing directly to revenue-focused outcomes.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in digital marketing, including performance marketing, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
• Experience with content marketing and copywriting for websites, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, conversion rate optimization, and ROI-focused marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to translate complex services into clear, compelling marketing messages.
• Comfort working in a remote, results-oriented environment with self-directed time management and accountability.
• Prior experience in B2B or technology services marketing is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
