Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic Agile Team Member to support our Oracle project delivery. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our Oracle solutions and ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Engage with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to facilitate project progress. Assist in documenting user stories, processes, and workflows related to Oracle applications. Provide assistance to users, addressing queries and enhancing their experience with Oracle systems. Contribute ideas for improving Agile processes and the overall efficiency of Oracle projects. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Basic understanding of Oracle applications and database concepts. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. driving successful Oracle project deliveries and optimizing business processes!
