Program Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Program Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a global digital ecosystem modernization program, encompassing loyalty platforms, mobile commerce, and digital payment integrations. This high-visibility leadership role will drive a large-scale, multi-country digital transformation for a world-class brand, offering strong career growth opportunities within a global delivery organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end program delivery, manage project roadmaps, milestones, resource allocation, and cross-project dependencies across multiple regions and vendors
• Establish and maintain robust governance structures, executive reporting, and risk/issue management frameworks
• Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for the client's executive stakeholders, steering committees, and leadership
• Champion Agile/SAFe governance practices to drive continuous improvement, velocity optimization, and engineering excellence across all squads
• Manage complex dependencies and conflicting priorities across multiple geographies, regulatory environments, and diverse technical stacks, including legacy POS integrations
• Navigate scope management and change control in a fast-paced, high-stakes global transformation program
• Align distributed multi-cultural teams to foster high collaboration, accountability, and transparent communication
• Oversee multi-geo, cross-functional delivery teams, including Nearshore/Offshore engineering, architecture, QA, design, and consulting, operating under Agile/SAFe frameworks
• Coordinate directly with product leaders and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on program goals and KPIs
• Ensure full realization of the projected business value and strategic KPIs within budget and timeline constraints

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Large-Scale Program Management and Delivery Management, including Financial P&L control
• Expertise in Agile/SAFe frameworks at scale
• Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS), enterprise integration patterns, and digital commerce platforms
• Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) in retail or QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) environments
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record leading multi-vendor, multi-geo delivery teams across Nearshore/Offshore models
• Skills in managing complex program governance, executive reporting, and risk/issue management frameworks
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
