Why you'll love this opportunity as a Program Director at Civica This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning and delivering a portfolio of complex, high-impact enterprise software implementation and transformation programs. As Program Director, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-stream SaaS and legacy platform transformation programs , ensuring successful migration from legacy environments to modern, scalable solutions. You’ll be accountable for delivering measurable customer, commercial and operational outcomes, while improving how Civica delivers value through technology. This role sits at the intersection of technology delivery, commercial performance, and executive stakeholder engagement . You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, bringing clear insight on delivery health, risks and trade-offs across complex software implementations. Leading a team of Program and Project Managers, you will build a high-performing delivery function, embed best-in-class governance, and drive continuous improvement across a portfolio of customer-facing software implementations and transformation programs .
