Program Management Intern

Job Description This is a remote position. Summary: The Program Management Intern will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public health programs, pilot projects, and strategic initiatives within a dynamic health technology organization. Collaborating closely with the Public Health and Program Management teams, the intern will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, data management, research, reporting, and program delivery. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public health programs, pilot projects, and strategic initiatives. Maintain comprehensive and accurate program records and support the preparation of reports for management, donors, partners, and other stakeholders. Contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts by collecting, analyzing, and presenting program data and findings. Coordinate project timelines, meetings, travel logistics, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders. Draft correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and other program-related documentation. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for efficient access to program records. Liaise with healthcare facilities, ambulance providers, government agencies, community partners, and other key stakeholders. Support procurement, inventory management, logistics, training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities. Assist with communications, research, and tracking of project deliverables and timelines. Provide administrative and operational support to the Public Health and Program Management team. Perform any other duties as assigned by management to advance organizational goals.
