We're looking for an experienced Product Management Mentor who is passionate about developing future product managers and helping learners discover the opportunities within the field.

About the Role

As a Product Management Mentor, you'll be more than an instructor, you'll be a coach, mentor, and guide throughout the students' learning journey.

You'll deliver engaging live online classes, support students as they complete projects, answer questions from prospective learners, and help build a thriving Product Management community.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Product Manager who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and making a lasting impact while earning additional income.

What You'll Do

* Deliver engaging weekly live Product Management classes.

* Mentor students throughout the programme and provide ongoing support.

* Share practical industry knowledge, frameworks, tools, and best practices.

* Review assignments and provide constructive feedback.

* Host or participate in student Q&A and information sessions.

* Speak with prospective students and help them understand the value of a career in Product Management.

* Encourage student engagement and create a positive learning experience.

* Promote the programme through your professional network using your unique referral link.

We're looking for someone who:

* Has at least 3 years of Product Management experience

* Has worked on real digital products or technology projects.

* Can explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.

* Is confident presenting to groups online.

* Enjoys mentoring and supporting aspiring professionals.

* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Is reliable, organised, and committed to student success.

Bonus Points If You Have

* Experience teaching or mentoring.

* Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

* Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Notion, or similar.

* Experience working in startups or fast-paced technology companies.

What You'll Earn

Your earnings come from two income streams:

• Teaching
• ₦2,000- ₦3,000 per teaching hour** for every scheduled live class delivered.
• Student Referral Commission
• Earn **5% commission** on every student who successfully enrols using your unique referral link.
• The more students you help enrol, the more you earn.
