JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible to provide direct leadership to all Workstream Leads / Project Managers in support of all deployments
• Responsible to inform Program Leadership (at all levels), on a weekly basis, the current status and health of the Program
• Responsible for Project Management best practices for the program, education/training efforts to all leads, and accurate / timely communications concerning all program related news to all resources
• Manages day-to-day operations / activities of Program Management for the program
• Responsible for generating program-level reporting, including weekly program reports, and executive reports (i.e. steering committees)
• Responsible for engaging with leadership and Workstream Leads to drive adoption and compliance to management processes (e.g. risk management, change control, etc.)
• Work closely with the Workstream Leads to drive alignment between program and deployment teams
• Ensure EPMO Sr Program Managers, Principals, and EPMO Leadership has visibility to all weekly Workstream Level / Project Level status report. This will allow the EPMO Sr Program Managers, Principals, and EPMO Leadership to develop the Program status report.
• Monitor areas of significant program risk in conjunction with the Steering Committees, Program Leadership, and Workstreams – act as an independent advisor, reviewing reports (e.g., scope, schedule, cost)
• Identify barriers to change within the Program and make recommendations to improve the probability of success
• Ultimately accountable for storing and recording all project artifacts sign-offs for all workstreams
• Monitor demand for PM services for all teams and resolve discrepancies between supply and demand, including:
• Develop and maintain program management processes, including Integrated plan management, issues management, risk management, decision management, change control management, quality management, communications management, financial management, resource management
• Monitor the Project Analyst(s) to drive deployment compliance to the management processes while also maintaining active insight into deployment and work stream plans, roadmaps, key risks and issues, and change requests
• Manage financial, change control, decision management, and stage gate management processes across program (Change Review Boards[CRB] and Quality Review Boards [QRB])
• Support the relationship between the PM core team and the Workstream Leads / Sr Program Managers, Principals, and EPMO Leadership (e.g., identifying resources gaps, participate in initiative/project level discussions, risk/issue management).
