As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations in the United States. You will manage tasks that support the program's success, including stakeholder management for the health plan, handling escalations, member/grocery operations, support, and reporting. This is a do-it-all role, and we need someone who wants to get their hands dirty and take on significant ownership and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary liaison to the health plans
- Maanging and delivery of reporting
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Working with our health coaches
- Answering members questions
- Helping members onboard/offboard
- Handling grocery operations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3 years of Program Manager experience (Not Project Management or Product Management)
- 3 years of experience working at a healthcare company.
- 3 years of experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid.
- Previous experience working at an early-stage startup is preferred.
- Previous experience handling member support through calls, texts, and emails.
- Success working within a small team, having ownership of many areas
- Excellent communication with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- You are interested in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
