- Driving strategic alignment and execution across interconnected workstreams, proactively managing cross-program dependencies, competing priorities, risks, resource constraints, and critical decisions to keep programs focused on intended business outcomes
- Serving as a trusted thought partner and providing decision-ready recommendations to PMO and IT leadership by synthesizing program health, trade-offs, risks, financial/resource impacts, stakeholder considerations, and escalation needs into clear executive-level communications
- Influencing internal and external stakeholders across IT functions, vendors, and business partners to align priorities, manage differing perspectives, remove barriers, and maintain execution momentum without direct people-management authority
- Managing conversations with senior stakeholders across IT and business, driving decision-making, and ensuring timely progress
- Connecting business priorities with technology execution by developing a strong understanding of the technology landscape, recognizing interdependencies across platforms and functions, and helping teams navigate the business and technical implications of blockers, scope decisions, and solution choices
- Establishing strong program governance and execution discipline, including stakeholder governance & cadence, charters, integrated plans & roadmaps, RAID and dependency management, decision tracking and financial oversight
- Foundational understanding of IT financials (costing, budgeting, actuals tracking)
- Supporting US and EU stakeholder collaboration enabling effective program governance, leadership updates, and cross-time-zone execution
