Program Manager

Role Description The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of Sync’s health and wellness programs in a remote, part-time capacity. This role includes defining program objectives, aligning multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that activities and services are delivered consistently and in line with Sync’s holistic health philosophy. The Program Manager will monitor program performance, gather feedback from clients and professionals, and use data to refine processes and outcomes. Key responsibilities include managing schedules and resources, facilitating communication among partner professionals, supporting the development of new initiatives, and preparing concise reports for leadership. The role also involves collaborating on digital tools and processes that enhance client engagement and operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Program and project coordination skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and monitor multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary health and wellness professionals.
• Process improvement and analytical skills to evaluate program performance and implement data-informed enhancements.
• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or related fields, with an understanding of preventive care and lifestyle interventions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and basic project management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Sports Science, Psychology, Nutrition, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese; English communication skills are a plus.
