Your role

Lead organisational change, business readiness and adoption for the Maintenance Application, related Salesforce applications and supporting integrations across the product release pipeline. Reporting to the Maintenance App Product Manager, the role maintains the integrated change strategy, roadmap, release calendar and standards; assesses impacts, stakeholders, readiness, capability and cumulative change load; coordinates engagement, communications, learning and business support; provides evidence-based readiness advice to release governance; and measures adoption and sustainment so product outcomes and benefits are realised.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop integrated change strategies, plans, impact assessments and release-aligned change roadmaps.
  • Assess stakeholder impacts, cumulative change load, resistance, capability and business readiness.
  • Lead targeted engagement, communications, change networks and feedback mechanisms.
  • Partner with the internal Homes NSW Training Team on learning needs, content, timing and evaluation.
  • Coordinate change activities with requirements, testing, deployment, cutover and operational transition.
  • Provide evidence-based readiness assessments and recommendations to release governance.
  • Support managers, champions and operational teams to embed new ways of working.
  • Measure adoption, proficiency and benefit sustainment and coordinate corrective action.

What We’re Looking For

  • Expertise in change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, readiness and adoption measurement.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and diverse operational stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience in coordinating change with training, testing, deployment and service transition teams.
  • Proven ability to manage change fatigue, resistance and contested go-live decisions.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in change management, organisational development, communications, business, psychology or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
  • The role may be required to support planned releases, cutover, implementation and post-release adoption activities outside normal business hours.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in government or complex statewide service delivery environments.
  • Prosci, Change Management Institute or APMG Change Management certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise digital platforms.
