They are someone with experience working in start-ups and have technical proficiency with over-the-top organizational and time management skills. They are adaptable and flexible to take up different tasks and are responsible for developing and engaging a community of instructors through various channels. They are someone who can start immediately or have 30 days notice period Job Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support to Guides to foster retention, guide satisfaction and a sense of belonging Observe online classes and provide feedback to Guides; recommend changes to the Guide team Quality control over class curriculums, including updating and reviewing content with Guides and the Product team Source and develop new class ideas from Guide community, learners, partners, and others; Collaborate with team to build and manage a pipeline of vetted ideas Establish and implement processes for more efficient operations and positive guide experience and quality classes; Collaborate with the company's global teams to ensure consistency Assist with capacity planning of Guides based on guide skills, location, partner, and business needs Collaborate on schedule planning and assist with scheduling as needed Manage the process for recruiting new Guide applicants and serve as the liaison with the HR team Assist with onboarding and training of new guides Responsively address and troubleshoot ticketed issues related to scheduling operations Provide support to other colleagues to balance work during high-flow periods Mandatory Requirements: Should have handled community before 2 years of experience Must have worked in a tech startup Preferred Requirements: A passion for the education sphere in technology Qualities: Extremely detail oriented Top organization and time management skills Adaptable and flexible Eligibility Criteria: Strong written and verbal communication skills Technical proficiency with data tools like spreadsheets/tableau Bachelor's degree Experience of working in a start-up What's for the Candidate: As per market standard & experience Job Location: Remote/Hybrid/In-Office Note: To accomplish our vision, our Flagship Event ' IAC VISION 2030 ' would provide employment and career opportunities for millions of job-ready interns, freshers and professionals in our Industry Academia Community (IAC).
