About the Role As our Program Manager – Go to Market & Launch Readiness, you'll lead the work required to take a major digital health platform into launch, customer migration and through to ongoing evolution in this 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This is a hands-on program delivery role working across streams of interconnect work, bringing together customer implementation and migration activity, organisational and operational readiness, knowledge and content, support, team enablement, commercial readiness, technical readiness, and the ongoing release and deploy model. You'll create structure across multiple workstreams, connect dependencies and ensure teams across the business are aligned and ready for key program milestones What You'll Be Doing Lead launch readiness across a complex, large-scale technology modernisation program. Develop and drive an integrated program plan across readiness workstreams, with clear milestones, ownership and dependencies. Lead customer implementation and migration readiness, including the approach, sequencing and capability required to transition customers. Drive organisational and operational readiness across operating models, processes, knowledge, content, support and team enablement. Work with Product, Release Management and technical teams to align business readiness with product and release milestones, including testing, conformance and security requirements. Coordinate go-to-market and commercial readiness across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Partnerships and IP considerations. Establish the ongoing release readiness model so business and customer-facing teams are prepared for future releases. Lead and support cross-functional workstream owners, providing direction, coaching and removing barriers to delivery. Identify and manage program-level dependencies, risks, issues and decisions, providing clear visibility and escalation where required. About You Significant experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs in technology or digital environments. Experience bringing together multiple business and technology workstreams to deliver a major product, platform or transformation outcome. Strong program planning and delivery capability, with experience managing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions. Experience delivering customer implementation, migration or operational readiness as part of a complex product, platform or transformation program. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across customers, senior stakeholders and cross-functional business and technology teams. Comfortable working closely with Product and Technology teams in an Agile software development environment. A practical, delivery-focused approach with the ability to create structure, solve problems and keep complex programs moving. Experience in healthcare, digital health or a similarly complex technology environment, with Salesforce Health Cloud experience highly regarded. About Us Flexibility isn't a perk - it's how we work!
