We transform risk into progress through data, experience, and intuition. Fearless Ownership. We deliver what we promise and learn along the way. We’re Looking For: We are seeking a Program (Enterprise) Manager to drive growth, strategy, and operational execution for our largest dealership groups in the country. In this role, you will act as a true account owner—translating complex data into actionable insights, establishing executive-level relationships, and automating workflows to deliver scalable results. The ideal candidate blends high-touch commercial instincts with data literacy, possessing a proven track record of proactively hunting growth opportunities within an assigned book of business rather than managing accounts reactively. You Are: A Proactive Account Owner: You don't wait for permission or field directives to drive business forward. You independently identify growth opportunities, execute rollouts, and solve problems using self-service resources. Data-Driven & Analytical: You "fight feelings with facts." You use data, reporting, and market metrics to build trust, influence dealer decision-making, and justify strategic choices to internal and external leadership. A Strategic Prioritizer: You know how to balance high-value relationship building with operational efficiency. You actively seek ways to eliminate manual processes through reporting automation and delegation to internal support teams. Collaborative & Assertive: You build lockstep partnerships with Field Sales, Executive Sales Directors (ESDs), and support teams (MSMs/FAEs), holding all stakeholders accountable to shared goals. You Will: Drive Account Growth: Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise dealer groups, consistently tracking toward and exceeding target goals through proactive outreach and strategic account planning. Execute Executive Frameworks: Deploy structured enterprise outreach initiatives to expand executive-level engagement and drive platform adoption across major dealership groups. Translate Data into Strategy: Utilize DOMO dashboards and advanced Excel/Sheets reporting to track performance, validate data accuracy, and present customized market insights directly to dealer decision-makers. Automate & Scale Workflows: Identify opportunities to automate recurring customer reporting, transitioning accounts away from manual touchpoints to maximize your daily selling capacity. Manage End-to-End Program Rollouts: Drive complex program deployments, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment across field partners, operational teams, and dealer contacts. Lead with Solution-Oriented Service: Navigate tough client conversations with transparency and empathy, delivering tough news professionally while bringing immediate, creative solutions to the table. Must-Haves: 3–5 years of experience in enterprise account management, inside sales, or corporate dealership operations. Strong Data Literacy: Proficient in Google Suite / MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) with experience reading and manipulating data reports to build customer-facing stories. Demonstrated Proactivity: Proven track record of independent problem-solving—leveraging CRM systems, documentation, and internal tools to self-serve answers before escalating. Process & Automation Mindset: Experience identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing automated or streamlined reporting solutions. Exceptional Communication: Strong executive presence with the confidence to present to C-suite dealer executives, field leaders, and internal stakeholders. Nice-to-Haves: Direct experience with Salesforce (CRM hygiene, activity logging) and DOMO (or similar BI tools like PowerBI/Tableau). Knowledge of automotive wholesale, remarketing, or franchise dealership operations (seasonality, vehicle pricing, inventory management). Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
