CONTRACT DURATION: ASAP - 31/12/2026+POSSIBLE OF EXTENSION

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for Program Manager OT Cybersecurity

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing all on-site OT cybersecurity projects, for both the client and our project teams.
• Leading projects from analysis and design to implementation and delivery
• Monitoring the coherence and priorities between the various projects
• Operational management of OT engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and external partners
• Managing scope, planning, budget, risks, and resources
• Serve as a fixed point of contact for the customer, with a daily presence on site.
• Guiding cybersecurity assessments, audits, and maturity processes
• Reporting on progress, at an operational level and to the client's management
• Coordinating projects related to network segmentation, secure remote access, asset management, monitoring, and OT security governance
• Supporting the client in implementing their cybersecurity strategy in accordance with applicable norms and standards
• Monitoring quality, safety, compliance, and profitability
• Coaching engineers and project staff

• You communicate smoothly, with an engineer on the floor just as well as with the client's management.
• You clearly explain technical risks to people without an OT background.
• You enjoy passing on your knowledge to engineers and project team members.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor or Master in Automation, Electromechanics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
• Extensive experience in OT cybersecurity: network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, monitoring, and security governance
• Experience in guiding cybersecurity assessments, audits, and maturity processes
• Extensive experience in project or program management in an industrial environment
• Experience with budget management, contract management, and reporting
• Thorough knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, and industrial networks, and of the interaction between IT and OT
• Thorough knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIS2
• Experience in the nuclear sector or another highly regulated environment is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus
• Driving license B
