As SavvyMoney’s product portfolio continues to grow, successful launches require more than strong products. They require clear processes, cross-functional alignment, operational readiness, and consistent execution.
We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Program Manager, Product Marketing to serve as the operational backbone connecting Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Partner Success. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the programs and processes that move new products and enhancements from the roadmap through pilot, launch, and general availability.
This role will be responsible for creating structure across complex, cross-functional initiatives, improving how teams work together, and continuously strengthening our launch and go-to-market processes. Success means helping SavvyMoney bring products to market efficiently, ensuring internal teams and partners are prepared, and creating repeatable processes that support our continued growth.
Responsibilities
Product & Product Marketing Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison between Product Marketing and Product Owners, translating product roadmaps, priorities, and release schedules into actionable launch plans. Ensure Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Partner Success have clear visibility into priorities, dependencies, timing, and launch requirements.
Program & Launch Management: Lead cross-functional coordination for product launches and enhancements from planning through general availability. Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, facilitate readiness meetings, proactively identify and escalate risks, and drive accountability to keep launches on track.
Pilot Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee pilot programs for new products and enhancements. Partner with Product Owners and Partner Management to identify pilot participants, establish objectives and success criteria, manage communications and timelines, collect feedback, track results, and provide recommendations to support broader product releases.
Cross-Functional Readiness: Drive organizational readiness across Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Management, Operations, and other stakeholder groups. Coordinate launch checklists, release documentation, communication plans, training needs, and internal readiness activities to ensure teams understand what is launching, when it is launching, and what is required to support it successfully.
Project Governance & Process Improvement: Establish and maintain project governance standards, documentation, templates, and repeatable processes that improve launch execution, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen collaboration between Product and Product Marketing. Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve cross-functional communication. Utilize project management and collaboration platforms, including Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and similar tools, to maintain documentation, track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide visibility across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication throughout the product development and launch process. Deliver regular project updates, document key decisions, track action items, surface risks and dependencies, and ensure stakeholders and leadership have the information needed to make timely decisions.
Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define and monitor measures of program and launch success, including launch readiness, milestone completion, pilot outcomes, time-to-market, internal readiness, partner adoption, and other relevant operational metrics. Develop reports and dashboards that provide Product Marketing leadership with visibility into program health, launch performance, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build trusted relationships across Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Partner Success. Bring strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to align diverse teams around shared objectives and drive successful product launches.
