We are seeking a customer-focused Program Manager to coordinate technology implementations, manage enterprise client relationships, and oversee service delivery across multidisciplinary and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and implementation teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and service delivery.
• Manage customer escalations and resolve implementation challenges.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Provisioning, and Operations teams.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure smooth implementation and transition to maintenance teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Telecommunications.
• 5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in project management or service delivery.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably with NOC or network operations.
• PMP, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, or CCNP certifications.

Contract Type: Independent Contractor

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote – LATAM

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
