Program Manager - VA OCDAO Data and Analytics (Remote)

Triumph Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting a Program Manager for our proposed support to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT), Office of the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (OCDAO). This position is contingent upon contract award. Remote work from anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel to Washington, DC.

ABOUT THE WORK

The Program Manager is the single point of accountability to OCDAO for the consolidated data and analytics effort: integrating business analytics, data governance, enterprise data architecture and mission success support across a team of about 40 people plus surge.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the C0 Enterprise Data and Analytics Integrator work stream and integrate work streams C1 through C4
• Set and report the outcome-metric baseline (up to 12 months) and the Reduce, Reuse, Alignment and Efficiency principles
• Manage cost, schedule, scope, quality and staffing; manage teaming partners and surge tier orders
• Serve as the primary contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative and OCDAO leadership

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• U.S. citizenship required
• Able to obtain and keep a VA Tier 1 / Low Risk background investigation and complete VA privacy and security training
• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years of program or project management, including management of IT or data programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• VA OIT program management at comparable scale (about 40 FTEs plus surge)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Data and analytics, data governance or enterprise architecture programs

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

Full-time. Remote within the United States; Eastern business hours; occasional travel to Washington, DC. Anticipated start February 2027.
