- Lead onboarding, resource planning, backfill, transitions, and continuity through cross-training, documented procedures, and controlled knowledge repositories.
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders, partners, and other contractors through designated channels while preserving Government approval and decision authority.

- 10+ years of progressive program/project management experience, including demonstrated leadership of federal contracts or task orders.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technical, analytical, or mission-support teams with accountability for delivery and client commitments.
- Practical experience managing budget, schedule, and performance risks, supported by specific examples of resolving significant delivery barriers and achieving measurable results.
- Experience establishing relevant performance measures, tracking results, and leading process improvements; ability to explain personal contributions and verified outcomes.
- Experience overseeing contractual deliverables, quality reviews, transition activities, stakeholder coordination, and corrective actions; CDRL experience where applicable.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, client-relationship management, and judgment; ability to present recommendations and lead through ambiguity.
- Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and collaboration tools appropriate to the assignment, such as Microsoft Project or comparable platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant discipline or specialized certifications in Agile delivery, DevOps, continuous process improvement, or a related field.
- Demonstrated depth in one or more areas: integrated scheduling/program controls; technical modernization and sustainment; enterprise performance management and analytics; or program governance and mission support. (Expertise in every area is not expected.)
- Experience leading complex program transitions, delivery recovery efforts, or coordination across multiple organizations and contractors.
