Role Description This full-time remote Program Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing program operations that support Insight Genesis – IGAi’s AI-driven services across multiple verticals. The Program Supervisor will manage program implementation, monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment with strategic goals and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include supervising program staff, coordinating workflows, providing guidance on case management processes, and resolving operational challenges. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine program development, improve service delivery, and document best practices and procedures. The Program Supervisor will regularly communicate updates to stakeholders, prepare reports on program outcomes, and recommend improvements based on data and user feedback.

• A bachelor’s degree in social services, public administration, business, or a related field is preferred, along with demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and strong organizational and analytical skills.
