Description: The Hispanic and Immigrant Center of Alabama is seeking an Entry-Level Program Support Assistant to join our Civic/Social Organization. In this full-time remote position, you will play a vital role in supporting our programs and initiatives aimed at serving the Hispanic and immigrant community in Birmingham. Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and implementation of programs and services Provide administrative support to program managers and staff Help maintain accurate program records and documentation Communicate effectively with program participants and stakeholders Contribute to the overall success and impact of the organization's programs Requirements: Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Passion for serving diverse communities and promoting inclusivity
