Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist

We’re hiring an Ad Operations Specialist to own the technical health of our integrations — from exchange connections to day-to-day optimization, working daily with SSPs and DSPs.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for SSP, DSP, and publisher partners

• Configure OpenRTB, Prebid, VAST tags, and ad exchange connections

• Support mobile SDK integration for in-app supply partners

• Manage ads.txt / app-ads.txt and validate schain before launch

• Coordinate integration testing and QA with partners

• Verify bid requests, counting methodologies, tracking, and visibility

• Troubleshoot before launch to ensure successful deployment

• Monitor performance, discrepancies, and yield across live integrations

• Manage traffic quality and compliance, including IVT and brand safety

• Keep integrations aligned with consent and privacy requirements (GDPR/CCPA)

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in programmatic advertising across mobile in-app, CTV, Web, and Native

• Proven work with SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, mediation platforms, or publishers

• Solid understanding of OpenRTB, bid request/response flows, and auction mechanics

• Hands-on Prebid / header bidding experience — config, wrapper setup, troubleshooting

• Familiarity with mobile mediation SDKs and in-app monetization stacks

• Familiar with ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, schain, and other IAB standards

• Comfortable analyzing bid requests, auction performance, discrepancies, and revenue data

• Experience optimizing fill rate, yield, latency, and monetization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and self-driven

• Fluent written and spoken English
