Programmatic Media Specialist

I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Programmatic Specialist to join an established iGaming company in Malta. This is a hands-on position with ownership of programmatic activity across multiple international markets.

📍 Malta – Hybrid

💰 Up to €57,000 + 20% annual bonus

🏡 Up to 6 months remote working per year

The role:

• Identify and test new inventory, traffic sources and audience opportunities
• Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of programmatic campaigns
• Monitor performance against CPA, ROAS and conversion targets
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting and retargeting activity
• Work closely with Creative, Analytics and other Paid Media teams
• Develop relationships with DSPs, publishers and media partners
• Use campaign data and attribution insights to improve performance and scalability

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience buying programmatic media and managing campaigns directly
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise campaigns based on performance data
• Practical experience with DSPs such as Adform, DV360, The Trade Desk, Quantcast, Moloco or similar
• Good understanding of tracking, attribution and campaign measurement
• Experience managing significant programmatic budgets across multiple campaigns or markets
• Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, bidding, retargeting and optimisation
• iGaming experience is advantageous but not essential
