Objective of the role

Raidiam is growing, and so is the number of client implementations running alongside our platform. Too much delivery control currently rests with a few people, and trade-offs between clients are often resolved late. As Programme / Delivery Manager you will own client engagements from mobilisation to BAU handover, give the business a clear, dependable view of plan, cost and risk, and help remove single points of failure in our delivery model.

What you will own

  • Delivery plan and control — own plan, schedule, RAG and RAID from mobilisation through Discovery, Design and Build to BAU handover, formal acceptance, closure and lessons learned.

  • Financial management — own budget against actuals, burn forecast and delivery margin; make sure billing milestones are met and invoiced on time.

  • Scope and change — deliver to the contracted SOW and run formal change control, costing and agreeing changes before work starts.

  • Governance — run client steering committees, status reports and decision logs; keep RAG honest and surface issues early.

  • Resourcing and trade-offs - identify resource needs early, flag scarce-skill exposure, and contribute to absorb, reprioritise or sequence decisions through the agreed forums.

  • Stakeholders — be the day-to-day delivery lead alongside the Account Manager and Client Solutions Architect; coordinate Engineering, Product, Service and third parties.

  • Integrated view — keep delivery data current in the PMO Jira project and present at the fortnightly Delivery Forum and monthly demand and capacity review.

  • Resilience — act as named deputy for at least one other PM’s portfolio.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Demonstrate 7+ years of project/delivery experience, including substantial ownership of complex client implementations

  • Proven end-to-end delivery of complex, client-facing platform or SaaS implementations across several concurrent engagements.

  • Confident owning plans, budgets, RAID, SOWs and formal change control.

  • Strong senior stakeholder management, including regulatory or public-sector clients and steering committees.

  • Experience running hybrid agile and milestone-based delivery, including early Discovery and Design phases.

  • Clear, calm communicator who delivers difficult messages early; hands-on with Jira.

Desirable

Open banking, open finance, digital identity or other regulated ecosystems; API and security standards (FAPI, OAuth/OIDC); ISO 27001; PRINCE2, APM, PMP or Agile qualification.
