As a Programme Manager within our Occupier Services team, you will lead the successful delivery of strategic fit-out programmes that drive business transformation and operational excellence. Working closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and project leads, you will oversee multiple interconnected initiatives, ensuring effective governance, risk management, resource coordination, and benefits realization. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning programme delivery with our strategic objectives while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the business. Main Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate multiple related fit-out projects and workstreams to ensure successful programme delivery and alignment with strategic business objectives. Develop, maintain, and monitor programme plans, timelines, and deliverables. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies between fit-out projects to ensure successful delivery. Prepare and present programme status reports, executive dashboards, and performance updates to senior leadership and clients. Monitor fit-out performance against KPIs, milestones and budgets. Identify, assess, manage, and escalate programme risks. Organize programme meetings, preparing agendas, action logs, and meeting documentation. Support programme budgeting. Ensure compliance with internal policies, PMO governance standards, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance programme governance and service quality. Maintain accurate programme documentation and ensure effective document management throughout the programme lifecycle. Ensure successful programme closure. Provide guidance and support to Project Managers and project teams, promoting best practices, consistency, and effective programme delivery. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Employer. Qualifications and experience Min. 3+ years of experience in programme or fit-out project management , with at least 1-2 years managing complex, cross-functional fit-out programmes. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of fit-out project management methodologies. Proven ability to manage external stakeholders and clients. Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Experience leading change management initiatives and driving organizational improvements. Experience within commercial real estate, professional services, corporate occupier services, facilities management, or consulting is considered an advantage. Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential ; additional European languages are an asset. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
