Programme Manager - RLM
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management of RLM initiatives, from scoping and planning through deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Lead immediate delivery of Price Optimisation and Intelligent Store Transfer (IST) with the AWS partner, while shaping and sequencing the roadmap for the broader RLM scope.
- Own data-readiness dependencies across RLM modules, including demand, inventory, product and store master data, working with data and technology teams to ensure inputs are fit for planning, optimisation and analytics models.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, delivery roadmaps, and milestone schedules across all active RLM workstreams.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive timely resolution to keep programs on track.
- Track and report program progress, budget utilisation, and delivery health to senior stakeholders on a regular cadence.
- Coordinate delivery activities across planning, merchandising, supply chain, and technology teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Facilitate structured working sessions, sprint reviews, and steering meetings to maintain momentum and shared accountability.
- Manage interdependencies between RLM capability streams, including merchandise financial planning (MFP, category and APB/budget planning), assortment planning, initial allocation, replenishment, intelligent store transfers, initial pricing, price and markdown optimisation, and BI/analytics.
- Serve as the primary coordination point between business workstream leads and the RLM platform team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders to align on priorities and delivery expectations.
- Prepare clear and concise program status reports, executive dashboards, and decision papers for leadership review.
- Communicate program objectives, risks, and outcomes with confidence across operational and senior leadership audiences.
- Support vendor and partner engagement (including AWS and RLM platform vendors) by coordinating delivery commitments, escalations, and change request processes.
- Design and execute change management and training plans to drive effective user adoption of deployed RLM capabilities.
- Define adoption metrics and monitor uptake across business functions, intervening where engagement or utilisation falls short.
- Drive deployment of RLM dashboards and decision-support analytics that give performance visibility across planning, inventory, pricing and stores.
- Partner with process owners to embed standardised ways of working aligned to platform capabilities.
- Capture and communicate business value realised from delivered capabilities to sustain stakeholder commitment.
