Power the future with EPSA

At Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA), our team members work together to design, deliver and support the sustainable power solutions industries depend on.

From defence and data centres to mining operations, utilities and major infrastructure projects, the work we do keeps essential operations running.

As the Cat® engine dealer for Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands, EPSA provides world-class power solutions backed by global innovation and local expertise.

If you're looking to contribute to something bigger and help shape what’s next, this is an opportunity to do meaningful work with real impact.

About the role

As a Project Administrator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of EPSA’s power, energy and infrastructure projects.

Based in Mulgrave and working within our Project Management Office, you’ll partner closely with Project Managers and project delivery teams to help keep project finances, documentation, systems and reporting accurate and on track.

This is a broad and varied role combining project administration, financial coordination, document control and project controls. You’ll support everything from budgets, forecasts and payment claims through to project registers, reporting dashboards, document workflows and system administration across Procore and M3.

You’ll gain exposure to complex projects and work alongside experienced project, engineering, commercial and finance professionals. It’s an excellent opportunity to strengthen your project controls capability and build a long-term career within a growing national business.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to!):

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts and cost tracking

  • Coordinate payment claims, schedules and invoicing

  • Maintain project registers, variations and documentation

  • Manage document control and approval workflows

  • Support project reporting, dashboards and financial updates

  • Maintain accurate project data across Procore and M3

  • Support project governance and compliance requirements

  • Coordinate project administration across the project lifecycle

What you'll bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong attention to detail with a proactive, collaborative approach. You’ll be comfortable working across multiple priorities, maintaining accurate project information and following through with stakeholders to keep deliverables moving.

You will have:

  • 2+ years’ project administration or project controls experience

  • Strong financial, reporting and coordination capability

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Experience with Procore, M3 or similar systems highly regarded

  • Exposure to engineering, energy or infrastructure projects advantageous

Why join EPSA

At EPSA, our team members are trusted to solve complex challenges and deliver real outcomes for customers across Australia.

This is an opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage of growth, supporting some of Australia's most significant power and infrastructure projects. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of projects, collaborate with experienced commercial and project delivery teams, and have the opportunity to grow your career as both the role and business continue to evolve.

We believe great work happens when people feel supported, valued and connected to the impact of what they do, and when teams work together with integrity, accountability and care — the EPSA values that shape how we work every day.

We offer:

  • Structured onboarding and development through Cat® University

  • Paid birthday leave and volunteer leave

  • Team member recognition and service awards

  • Referral program incentives

  • Retail and health insurance discounts

  • Novated leasing options

  • Paid parental leave

  • Learning and development opportunities
