An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources, using spreadsheets and smart sheets, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Reporting: Run regular and ad-hoc reports, interpret the data, and present findings to managers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner. Problem Solving: Address and resolve challenges using data. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating findings andrecommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Independent Work: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision. Learning and Adaptation: Quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and platforms that support project management and data analysis. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of improvement within existing processes and software tools, recommending and implementing changes that enhance project outcomes. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a project based environment. A proactive approach to personal career growth, seeking opportunities to develop new skills and advance within the company. Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and smart sheets. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Experience in document management and process improvement. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
