About the role
We are hiring a Project & Operations Manager for a growing mission-driven organization. You will keep multiple projects, programs and events moving at once, from the first plan to the finish line. This role is for someone who takes ownership. We don’t need someone who just tracks tasks. We need someone who gets things done.
What you’ll do
• Build project plans, timelines and budgets, and keep them current.
• Coordinate teams, partners and vendors so work moves on schedule.
• Run several projects, programs and events at the same time.
• Spot problems early, suggest solutions and make decisions.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and keep everyone informed.
• Use spreadsheets, project management systems and AI tools to work efficiently.
What you bring
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects, programs, events or business operations.
• Proven skill in building project plans, managing budgets, organizing timelines and coordinating teams.
• A smart, resourceful and extremely organized approach, with comfort making decisions.
• The initiative to act without waiting to be asked.
• Excellent customer service skills. You are patient, personable, professional and genuinely good with people.
• Comfort with technology, AI tools, spreadsheets, project management systems and new software.
• Clear communication, strong ownership and reliable follow-through.
A big plus
Experience with event planning, nonprofit programs, fundraising or brand development.
Role details
• Fully remote, 40 hours a week, working US business hours.
• Open to women based in Nigeria, Ghana or Kenya.
• Selected candidates complete Path to Bloom, Bloom Talent’s professional certification, before starting.
How to apply
Apply by November 6, 2026. In your application, share one project you took from plan to finish line and the result it delivered.
