Project Architect

Rhythm Careers is recruiting on behalf of a Dublin 2-based design studio working on a housing scheme. They need an experienced architect to lead the technical side of the project, from tender through to completion on site.

Your main focus will be preparing tender drawings, so strong technical drawing skills are essential. You’ll also coordinate consultants through the design and technical stages, making sure everyone’s input lines up and nothing gets missed. Once the project moves on site, you’ll manage that stage too, resolving issues as they arise. This is a role with real ownership: you’ll see the project through from start to finish rather than handing it over at the first milestone.

Given the level of responsibility, the studio is looking for someone with solid architectural experience, ideally on housing projects, and a good grasp of construction detail and technical documentation. Above all, you’ll be confident coordinating multiple consultants and managing site issues as they come up.
