We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team as a force-multiplier resource, extending technical judgment and quality oversight across the studio rather than simply adding drafting capacity. The ideal candidate combines deep technical authority with proven leadership ability, able to review and redline the work of other staff with the same rigor currently applied by firm leadership, while also training and mentoring the broader team. This role requires working knowledge of both wood-frame and metal/steel construction systems, since the firm's project mix spans residential, commercial, and health and wellness work across New York.
This role will collaborate closely with the firm's leadership, staff drafters and designers, consultants, and trades to deliver technically accurate, code-compliant, and well-coordinated architectural work. The successful candidate will bring strong construction knowledge, NY-specific code and zoning expertise, and the leadership instincts to elevate the technical standard of the entire team.
Key Responsibilities
BizForce is one of the fastest-growing global outsourcing companies in the world, founded in the US in Tucson, Arizona and is now operational in PH!
Our commitment to delivering high-quality results for our clients is matched only by our commitment to ensuring a rewarding, respectful, and productive experience for our employees. We hold the same values for both our customers and our employees.

The successful candidate will bring strong construction knowledge, NY-specific code and zoning expertise, and the leadership instincts to elevate the technical standard of the entire team.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft plans from field measurements and existing conditions documentation.
- Produce high-quality schematic design drawings, design development drawings, and construction documents primarily in Revit, with AutoCAD Architecture as a secondary tool.
- Support Feasibility Study, Conceptual Layouts, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.
- Manage multiple drafting projects and deadlines across residential, commercial, and health and wellness project types.
- Assist in BIM coordination and library organization as the studio transitions to Revit; build and maintain parametric Revit families and templates.
- Analyze field conditions and integrate findings accurately into technical drawings.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation using Google Drive and Google Workspace per company standards.
- Review and redline drawings produced by other staff for technical accuracy, code compliance, and adherence to company standards, prior to final leadership review.
- Train and mentor junior staff on Revit standards, drafting conventions, firm SOPs, and construction detailing.
- Review RFIs and submittals; draft punch lists and field reports based on leadership notes.
- Coordinate with structural or MEP engineers and other consultants.
- Communicate with clients directly, taking initiative to address questions or needs.
- Take detailed notes during all meetings and provide clear daily updates.
- At least 8 years of professional architectural experience.
- Architecture degree required.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion/Enscape, and Google Workspace.
- Experience across residential, commercial, and health and wellness project types.
- NY-specific experience (Long Island and NYC), given the jurisdiction-dependent nature of code and zoning requirements.
- Working knowledge of wood-frame and light-gauge metal/steel construction methods and detailing, with an understanding of how systems translate from design intent to constructible drawings.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and redlining drawings for technical accuracy.
- Working knowledge of NYS Building Code.
- Experience conducting zoning analysis, including assessment and calculations for proposed work.
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Self-motivated and independent, while thriving in structured environments.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with clear, proactive communication skills.
- Comfortable asking questions and clarifying expectations early in the process.
- Capable of managing information, tracking tasks, and working across dynamic project environments.
- Enthusiastic about process improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Permanent Work From Home.
- Leave Credits.

- Annual Bonus.
- Weekly Paychecks.
- Fixed Weekends Off.
- Thriving Company Culture with Complete Autonomy.
- Exclusive Specialized Training Programs.
- Unlock Your Potential with a Highly Competitive Salary.
