Autocad Architect (U.S. Commercial Projects) | Permanent WFH

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Architect to join our team in support of a growing portfolio of commercial interior renovation and fit-out projects. This role is primarily focused on producing high-quality construction documentation and CAD drawings, while also supporting 3D modeling, visualization, and project coordination activities as needed.

This role will collaborate closely with project owners, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate, ready-to-build documentation for restaurant and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate is an experienced, licensed architect with a strong background in interior fit-out work, proficient in developing construction documents, life safety plans, and cut sheets, and able to manage multiple projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction drawings and project documentation for commercial interior renovation and fit-out projects.
• Produce AutoCAD drawings in accordance with company standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.
• Develop Revit models for design development, coordination, and visualization when required.
• Create exterior renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation materials using Twinmotion or similar visualization tools as needed.
• Coordinate drawings and documentation with project owners, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Develop life safety plans, code-related documentation, and material cut sheets.
• Assist with drawing revisions, project updates, and documentation management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, client requirements, and project standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Licensed Architect with at least 5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Revit for 3D modeling and project coordination.
• Solid understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and architectural drafting standards.
• Experience preparing life safety plans, permit drawings, and construction-ready documentation.
• Proven experience working on interior fit-out and restaurant projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
  

Preferred / Advantage

• Experience working on US-based commercial projects, particularly restaurant, retail, and tenant improvement (TI) projects.
• Familiarity with commercial building codes, accessibility requirements, and life safety standards.
• Experience using Twinmotion or similar architectural visualization software.
