The Role

We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Penetration Testing Project Assistant to join our team remotely from the Philippines. In this crucial support role, you will act as the operational backbone for our elite offensive security team. You will coordinate penetration testing engagements for Australian corporate clients—ensuring projects run on schedule, communication remains seamless, and deliverables meet our strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in end-to-end planning, scheduling, and tracking of penetration testing engagements for Australian clients.
• Team & Scope Support: Coordinate with penetration testers to track ongoing engagements, flag scope changes, and monitor project milestones.
• Client & Logistics Liaison: Handle project administration, including scoping details, pre-engagement logistics, and standard client updates.
• Quality & Deliverables Management: Review, format, and organize client report templates before final delivery to maintain brand and technical quality standards.
• Resource Scheduling: Manage team calendars to ensure optimal allocation of security consultants across concurrent assignments.
• Administrative Operations: Maintain accurate records in internal CRMs and project management dashboards.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of project coordination or executive administrative experience, preferably within IT, software, or cyber security.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English skills suitable for communicating with Australian enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational Mastery: Strong multi-tasking skills with a proven track record of managing competing timelines and technical deliverables.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with IT terminology or cybersecurity concepts (penetration testing, vulnerability assessments) is highly advantageous.
• Time Zone Alignment: Willingness to work during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST/AEDT) business hours.
