Job Highlights Hybrid Working Arrangement Conducive Working Environment Learning & Development Job Descriptions Project Leadership & Delivery Lead and manage projects from initiation through closure, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations. Lead and deliver e-Invoicing implementation projects , including regulatory compliance, system integration, process redesign, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. Develop comprehensive project plans, covering scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, dependencies, communication, change management and governance requirements. Lead project kickoff sessions, ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities, and establish accountability across the project team. Execution & Collaboration Drive project execution with cross-functional teams and external vendors (where applicable). Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring effective collaboration, prioritization and alignment across stakeholders. Track project progress and milestones, proactively identifying risks, issues, constraints and slippages. Risk, Issue & Stakeholder Management Manage and escalate project risks, issues and conflicts promptly with clear mitigation and contingency plans. Prepare and deliver structured and transparent status updates to senior stakeholders, steering committees and project sponsors. Financial & Resource Management Manage project budgets, track actuals vs. forecasts, and ensure adherence to financial controls and organizational guidelines. Optimize resource allocation and address capacity or skill gaps as needed. Process Improvement & Governance Lead post-mortem reviews to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement recommendations. Champion best practices in project management, governance and controls to drive consistency and operational excellence. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting and finance or related field. At least 6 years’ working experience in related field (experience in shared services environment is preferred). Experience in project work, such as finance transformation, system implementation or process improvement. Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
