What We Are Looking For: As Quantigo AI continues to expand into its next phase of growth, we are looking for a Project Associate to support our Project Management team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining project documentation, coordinating updates across departments, and preparing reports that support data-driven decision-making. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project operations within a dynamic and fast-paced AI services environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day planning and execution. Serve as a bridge between internal teams (Service Operations, Quality, Resourcing) for seamless coordination. Track project progress and deliverables to ensure timelines are met. Maintain comprehensive project documentation (schedules, reports, meeting minutes). Support in resolving minor project escalations and client concerns with the Project Manager. Analyze project metrics and performance data for continuous improvement. Facilitate client communication for information gathering and updates. Participate in team training, feedback, and performance monitoring. Identify potential areas for project improvement or growth. Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Manager and teams. Preferred: Prior experience in data annotation/QA, AI/ML projects, or digital data management. Exposure to working with international clients or global project teams. Experience conducting training, workshops, or process documentation. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline. Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in project coordination, team leadership, or data annotation/AI-related work. Skills: Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required) with the ability to interact directly with international clients. Strong leadership and advisory capabilities, with experience leading small teams. Ability to clearly interpret and relay client instructions to ensure seamless communication and execution. Experience with digital tools for data management/annotation (preferred but not mandatory).
