Project Based Associate - Consulting Delivery

Job Description This is a remote position. Job type - Project-based/Contractual Work mode: Remote What you'll work on Associates support client delivery and project execution across assignments including: Qualitative analysis — Reviewing and interpreting employee feedback, survey comments, focus group discussions and interviews to derive themes, insights and recommendations. Quantitative analysis and data interpretation — Analysing survey results and datasets, identifying trends and patterns, building summaries, and translating data into meaningful business insights. Project coordination and delivery support — Supporting project timelines, milestones, stakeholder coordination and follow-ups to ensure smooth, on-time execution. Report development and client deliverables — Building client reports, presentations and insight summaries by synthesising qualitative and quantitative findings. Cross-functional collaboration — Working closely with internal project teams to gather inputs, execute project activities and contribute to high-quality delivery outcomes. Given the project-based and flexible nature of these engagements, the exact scope may vary depending on business requirements, project pipeline and team needs at the time of engagement. What we're looking for 8-10+ years of experience in HR, people and culture, organisational development, employee engagement, research, consulting or a related field Demonstrated ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data and draw out clear, defensible insights Strong writing and presentation skills — able to produce client-ready reports and decks with limited supervision Comfort with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with survey platforms or statistical tools is an advantage Ability to manage timelines independently and coordinate across stakeholders Available for project-based engagements and open to a flexible, assignment-linked working arrangement How engagements work Empanelment first, engagement as projects arise — being onboarded to the network does not guarantee immediate or continuous assignments Each assignment has agreed scope, timelines and fees Fees are project-linked and discussed at the time of engagement This is an independent contractor engagement, not employment
