Chief Technical Officer (Consulting and Enterprise Delivery)

Job Description This is a remote position. Location: Remote Engagement Type: Fractional/ Advisory Timezone : CET ± 3 hours Our consulting and channel partners (Big4, VADs, and SIs) are seeking strategic technology leaders to serve as Fractional CTOs or Program Advisors. The role involves guiding C-level sponsors and cross-functional teams through large-scale delivery and digital transformation programs. Key Deliverables Act as a strategic technology advisor to senior executives on program direction and governance. Oversee delivery of complex, multi-stream technology initiatives. Ensure architecture alignment with business and operational objectives . Provide risk mitigation, vendor evaluation, and roadmap alignment. Mentor delivery teams to improve execution efficiency and technical quality. Requirements Prior experience as a CTO, Program Director, or Enterprise Architect within consulting, Big4, or system integrator environments. Strong expertise in enterprise transformation, architecture governance, and stakeholder alignment. Proven ability to influence and communicate with executive sponsors. Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams across global environments.
