Candidates should therefore be comfortable working toward measurable sales targets and should understand that this is a results-oriented telesales assignment . The client specifically emphasized that candidates should be very well-spoken , as they will be communicating with medical professionals. Script & Lead List The client will provide: Approved calling script Full list of warm leads Campaign/event information Existing campaign context Ticket purchase information/link Candidates will not be expected to develop the sales script from scratch. The campaign already has an established process, and the VA's responsibility will be to execute the follow-up and sales process effectively. Schedule The VAs must work during Sydney / Australian Eastern business hours because they will be contacting businesses and medical professionals. Each VA will work: 30 hours per week for approximately: 3–4 weeks with a possibility of extension depending on the client's requirements. Project Duration The initial engagement is expected to last approximately 3–4 weeks. There is a possibility of extension; however, this remains a project-based engagement , rather than an automatic transition to a permanent full-time position. Reporting Each VA will submit an End-of-Day Report covering: Number of calls completed Leads contacted Interested prospects Ticket sales Follow-ups required Objections/questions encountered Outstanding leads Any issues requiring escalation Selection Process VCP will initially shortlist candidates based on: Sales experience Telesales experience Spoken English Voice quality Professional communication Availability during Sydney business hours Ability to work toward sales KPIs VCP will then provide recommended candidates to Prego & Co. The client is happy to review candidate profiles and voice recordings/reels before meeting the candidates. Jessica and her client may then meet the shortlisted candidates before onboarding them. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means consistently working through the warm-lead database, having high-quality conversations with prospects, answering questions professionally, following the sales process, and converting interested prospects into ticket purchases. The primary measurable outcome is: 60 event tickets sold within the 3–4 week campaign period. Upon application, please send CV along with a voice recording of self introduction and experience
