Project Buyer / Procurement Specialist with German

We are currently looking for a Buyer / Procurement Specialist to join our team full-time and play a key role in supporting our projects across Germany. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end procurement for international projects , backed by a strong operational base in the Czech Republic. Your Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process for products and services, including issuing purchase orders Prepare and manage requests for quotations (RFQs), conduct price comparisons, and evaluate supplier offers Draft, review, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor agreements , including pricing and key terms, in close collaboration with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution Identify opportunities for cost optimization and purchasing efficiency Manage contract changes, variations, and claims, ensuring commercial alignment Support billing processes , including invoice verification and cost tracking Maintain and analyze procurement and supplier data to support decision-making Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes
