Welcome to Kanadevia Inova, a global innovation leader in the waste infrastructure space, where we believe in creating a sustainable future through technology and innovation.
Transforming Waste into Value
At Kanadevia Inova, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of waste-to-X technology. We are not just waste managers; we are creators of value from what communities discard. Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.
Kanadevia Inova is seeking an experienced Project Construction Manager to join our growing project delivery team on a permanent basis. Based in Farnborough with hybrid working arrangements plus travel to sites, this role will be responsible for leading and coordinating construction and erection activities across major industrial projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in industrial projects who enjoys working with multidisciplinary teams, managing complex site activities, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the erection plan for allocated projects, ensuring successful delivery in line with HSE, quality, programme, cost, and client requirements.
- Plan and coordinate project resources in collaboration with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders.
- Support and guide site personnel to ensure work package objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
- Develop and implement erection methodologies, including sequencing, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and third parties.
- Supervise construction site activities, procure installation packages and tools, source third-party personnel, report progress to the Project Director, and proactively manage project risks and deviations.
Please note: This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may be amended from time to time to meet the needs of the business. The successful candidate may be required to undertake additional duties commensurate with the level of the role.
- Mechanical Engineering Degree (essential).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Construction Management-level role, such as Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Project Construction Manager (essential).
- Proven experience within industrial construction, plant erection, construction planning, and site supervision environments.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Technical Requirements
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience coordinating construction resources, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme and budget objectives.
- Strong reporting capabilities, with experience providing updates to senior project stakeholders.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements within a construction environment.
- Permanent position with a competitive salary, benefits and annual bonus package.
- Hybrid working arrangement with a Farnborough office base.
- Opportunity to work on complex and high-profile industrial projects.
- Professional development and career progression opportunities within a growing international business.
- Collaborative, supportive, and safety-focused working environment.
