About the role:

As a Project Controller you will you will be responsible for cost monitoring within defined practices. You will work with project teams on the compilation, assessment and documentation of project costs and risks, and associated cost monitoring and reporting required at different stages of the projects. You have advanced skills in analytical tasks, communication and cross-cultural awareness.

You will report to the Lead Project Controls and be located at Trnava, Slovakia.

Model of work: hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the costs and risks monitoring, forecasting, tracking and controllingthroughout the entire project lifecycle from project initiation to closeout in accordancewith our organization policies.
• Create reports, assisting with control activities, coordinating costinputs across different departments: Finance, Project Team, Supply Chain, Commercialto ensure agreement of project cost information.
• Be the trusted partner to the project manager by delivering high-qualityfinancial and project controls data, ensuring informed decision-making and improvingthe predictability of project financial outcomes.
• Provide accurate, and transparent financial reporting, including cost reports,backlog status, KPIs, risk management, cashflow forecast, change management andEarned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
• Ensure compliance of the projects with the Westinghouse Financial and ProjectManagement processes; participate and provide proactive support for audits.
• Seek to understand and integrate how project goals and actions impactproject costs and risks reserves.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree. Applicable disciplines are Project Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or related technical discipline.
• Fluent in English, the official language of projects.
• Minimum 5 years of project cost controls and risk management experience on > 30M$revenue industrial projects
• Willing to travel (once per month) for face-to-face meetings with project partners
• Some experience in other project controls areas such as scheduling, contract
• management, would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of project reporting and cost control, previous experience working with different business systems and tools

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be € 2 000,00 to € 2 500,00 per month.
