  • Facilitate workshops and 1:1 engagement during project initiation, at Kick-off meetings and the scheduling subject matter expert.
  • Report monthly progress of schedule performance - Manage production of updates across the P6 portfolio and generate insights in support of WGM’s PMO knowledge share (Lead and Learn) process.
  • Participate in project assurance reviews as a subject matter expert.
  • Undertake a Primavera administration / Super-User role when required.
  • Support training and development of junior planners and other PMO team members in project controls.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in Planning, ideally working on medium to large scale infrastructure projects/programmes, bringing experience in all aspects of planning and scheduling and fluent in the use of P6 Primavera including project, activity and cost coding.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
  • Experience undertaking a Primavera administration / Super-User role.

  • Proven skills gained from working within Programme Management Office (PMO) environments and knowledge of the wider Project Controls systems, reporting practices and having led or participated in independent project and schedule assurance.
