Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the improvement of planning processes, systems, dashboards, reporting automation and management information.

What’s involved:

• Coordinate integrated programme and project schedules, monitoring critical paths, milestones, dependencies and delivery risks.
• Support the alignment of schedule, cost, change and risk information to provide a consistent view of portfolio performance.
• Coordinate Project Services reporting cycles, governance reviews and cross-functional activities.
• Ensure performance reporting is accurate, timely, consistent and suitable for senior executive and assurance stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through enhanced processes, digital tools, dashboards and schedule analytics.
• Support collaboration with Digital, Data & AI teams to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making.

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in Project Controls, integrated planning or schedule management within large, complex programmes.
• Strong experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud, Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling platforms.
• Proven knowledge of critical-path analysis, baseline management, forecasting and schedule assurance.
• Experience integrating schedule data with cost, change and risk management, alongside portfolio reporting and governance.
• Relevant chartership, NFQ Level 8 qualification and leadership and management training.
• Desirable:
• Offshore energy, transmission, utilities or other regulated industries.
• Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and digital reporting solutions.

What’s on offer:

• €600-€650 per day depending on experience
• Hybrid working model- 2 days per week on site
• Strong likelihood of contract renewal
