Project Coordinator

The project coordinator ensures all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently. Project coordinators work with various members of the project team and the client to develop a timeline, create schedules, and oversee progress to ensure goals are met on time. Report to: Head of Project Delivery What will you do: Your normal duties include but are not limited to serving as the main point for clients such as facilitating internal and client project meetings, managing client expectations, and drafting documents (e.g. meeting minutes, status reports, and invoices), with the overall objective to make projects successful Gathering and documenting requirements from clients Estimating development work with developers Must be able to discuss, review, and raise concerns on technical specifications and solutions with the internal team and clients On-the-job learning, both directed and self-initiated, and constant improvement are key factors in your value to the Company Who are you: Must be fluent in Thai and communicate effectively in written English (e.g. emails) At least 2 years of working experience in IT roles. Such as in agency, consulting firm, IT company, or other professional services firm is a plus. Bachelors Degree in major of Engineering/ IT is plus other majors are also welcomed Experience with custom software development projects, preferably with some experience with custom mobile apps Self-motivated, self-aware, and able to drive collaborative success Must be comfortable with a dynamic environment with experience managing uncertainty and pressure from clients Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical people at all levels of the client organization A problem solver with excellent critical thinking, analytical skills, and people skills PMP and Agile certification are preferred but not must. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, strive to learn continuously, and demonstrate an extremely high sense of ownership.
