We’re looking for a highly organized, responsive Project Coordinator to help keep our active home improvement and construction projects moving from scheduling through completion.
The Project Coordinator serves as a central communication and coordination point between homeowners, technicians, subcontractors, and our Project Management team. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate crews, communicate project updates, track job progress, and make sure important details don’t fall through the cracks.
This is a fast-paced operations role for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, and keeping multiple moving pieces organized.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate technician and subcontractor assignments for active projects and warranty calls
• Maintain crew schedules and coordinate daily dispatch needs
• Schedule Project Manager visits and confirm appointments with homeowners
• Send project scopes, job details, and scheduling information to technicians and subcontractors
• Request and track bids from vendors and subcontractors
• Monitor active projects, milestones, and completion timelines
• Identify scheduling conflicts, stalled projects, and potential delays before they become larger issues
• Provide homeowners with timely updates regarding schedules, delays, and next steps
• Communicate daily with technicians, subcontractors, and the Project Management team
• Create and maintain projects within company operating systems
• Maintain accurate job notes, documentation, schedules, and communication records
• Track technician hours and completion information for accurate payouts
• Help confirm materials, permits, and other project requirements are ready prior to project start
• Escalate customer concerns, scheduling issues, vendor problems, and operational risks to the Project Management team
Success in this role means projects stay organized, customers know what is happening, field teams have the information they need, and potential problems are identified and addressed quickly.
