About the Job
We are currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator. The desired candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who can provide project coordination to multiple project managers and for a variety of projects.
This position may offer in-office, remote, or hybrid opportunities based on the candidate’s location and the needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, your job functions will include, but not be limited to:
- Project Coordination: Supporting multiple project managers by assisting with project budgets, forecasts, funding requests, subcontract management, project deliverables, file maintenance, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, resource allocation, and scheduling. You will also work closely with accounting staff to assist in the review and tracking of client invoices and accounts payable.
- General Technical Support: Review documents, compile tables and summaries of data or project information, and access document inventories.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or have equivalent, relevant experience. A degree in business or economics is a plus but not required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Possess exceptional organizational abilities
- Flexibility and willingness to take on non-routine tasks
- Positive attitude and high degree of motivation
- Ability to handle competing priorities
- Attention to detail with time management skills
- Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Deltek® VantagePoint accounting software is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A desire to grow both intellectually and professionally
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers
Compensation is commensurate with experience and internal equity, within the listed range. An employee’s total compensation package includes annual salary; company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) participation with a company match of 1% to 4% of annual compensation; company-paid life and short- and long-term disability insurance; paid sick leave (10 days), paid vacation (10 or/to 20 days; determined by title at hire), and paid holidays (9 days) per year; and the potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance. Paid time off will be prorated to reflect part-time scheduled hours, if applicable.
