Project Coordinator

Torque Studio is a design subscription studio. Companies get a senior design team on demand – ads, social media, presentations and landing pages – delivered within 3 working days.

We’re growing and looking for a Project Coordinator to help keep every project organised and on time.

What you’ll do

• Receive client requests and set them up as tasks
• Track deadlines and remind the team when something is due
• Keep clients updated on the status of their projects
• Maintain our project boards and client records
• Prepare simple weekly reports

You’ll fit if you

• Are organised and pay attention to details
• Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken
• Are comfortable with online tools (Slack, Trello, Notion or similar – we’ll show you how we use them)
• Like working independently in a remote team

No design skills needed. Experience in administration, coordination or customer service is a plus.
